Twenty years ago I saw my first longarm quilting machine at the Houston Quilt Market! When I got home I told my husband, "I saw the greatest machine!" "I need one." It took almost twenty years, but now I have it! I love quilting and all the processes from start to finish. But most of all I love the finishing process. I was so frustrated with home machine quilting; how long it took to prepare the quilt for quilting and then trying to get it under the arm of my machine or worse, just tying it. Now I am able to finish all those tops that were waiting to become quilts.
